As of late September 2026 the fund had not yet launched; Amin separately said it could come in above the $10 billion target by year-end.
“Humain's first two data centers, in Riyadh and in Dammam in the Eastern Province, each with an initial capacity of up to 100MW, are expected to launch in the second quarter of 2026.”
The sites were built but slipped past the Q2 target: AMD, Cisco and HUMAIN announced on 31 August 2026 that a 100MW MI355X-based deployment was live and serving customers in the Kingdom, roughly a quarter later than promised, with chip-export approvals the main constraint.
