At AMD's Advancing AI event on July 23, 2026 the company launched the MI400 series and Helios rack platform and reaffirmed the first OpenAI MI450-class deployments for the second half of 2026, with revenue shipments of Helios said to start at the end of Q3 2026; whether a full gigawatt is deployed in 2026 is not yet determined.
