Amazon's Q4 2025 results (January 2026) said Trainium2 was 'fully subscribed with 1.4 million chips landed' but still described Project Rainier itself as having '500,000+ Trainium2 chips'; Anthropic only stated it was using 'over one million Trainium2 chips' in a 2026 announcement, so the one-million milestone for Anthropic appears to have slipped just past the end-of-2025 deadline.
