A year later, at Tesla's AI Day on August 19, 2021, Dojo existed only as the D1 chip and training tiles, and Musk said the system would be 'operational next year.' The first Dojo cabinet/ExaPod only entered production in July 2023, and Tesla disbanded the Dojo team in 2025.
