Autopilot v7.0 shipped in October 2015 with highway Autosteer, auto lane change and self-parking, partially matching the 'for sure highway travel' part. But it was a supervised Level 2 system requiring hands on the wheel, and nowhere near 90% of owners' miles were driven autonomously.
