GPT-4.5 shipped 27 February 2025 (about two weeks later) and GPT-5 shipped 7 August 2025 (within 'months'), so the timing held; however OpenAI did ship o3 as a standalone model on 16 April 2025, contradicting the 'no longer ship o3 as a standalone model' part.
