The FAP readout landed on time: preliminary Phase 1b/2 TUPELO data (median 43% polyp-burden reduction at week 13) were presented at DDW on 4 May 2025. The AXIN1/APC-mutant cancer readout never happened — the LILAC trial was deprioritised after the Exscientia merger and was later listed as terminated by sponsor decision.
