The revenue half resolved decisively: Oracle's Multicloud AI Database grew triple digits every quarter of FY26 (1,529% in Q1, 817% in Q2, 531% in Q3, and 404% in Q4, which Oracle called its fastest-growing business ever). The buildout half fell well short of 23 live + 47 more within 12 months: around and after the June 10, 2026 Q4 FY26 report, Oracle was still described as only "more than halfway through" building 72 Multicloud datacenters (~40 rather than ~70 live), and Oracle Database@AWS reached just 20 regions as of late May 2026.
